Bespoke Tailoring

At Garçon Sauvage, bespoke tailoring is a process of creation — personal, precise and entirely intentional. This isn’t about choosing a suit; it’s about defining it.

From the first consultation to the final fitting, every step is guided with expertise: we study your silhouette, your posture and the way you move, refine proportions and build a result that feels effortless yet is meticulously constructed. Fabric, line, structure and detail — every element is selected with purpose. Nothing is accidental; everything is considered.

Whether for an event, a statement appearance, or simply the desire to own something exceptional, the outcome is the same: a piece that belongs entirely to you. This is craftsmanship at its highest level — identity, tailored.

Bespoke Tailoring FAQs

What are the steps in the process?

Four steps, from the first idea to the finished garment.
1. Initial consultation: We discuss your needs, the concept for the occasion and the design direction.
2. Design & materials: We finalise the design, take precise measurements and choose fabrics, linings, buttons and stitching.
3. Fittings: We schedule the interim fittings, where we check the line and the flow of the fabric and make adjustments on your body.
4. Final fitting & delivery: We make sure every detail is right and hand over the garment ready, pressed and in its garment bag.

Can I start the process if I don’t live in Thessaloniki?

Yes. The first appointment can happen online, though at least one in-person visit to the atelier is needed.
Online first consultation: If you’re outside Thessaloniki, we hold the first meeting by video call, covering your needs, the concept, fabrics and timeline.
Measurements taken by the designer: Measurements and the assessment of your build are done in person, so they’re completely accurate.
One focused appointment: After the online consultation we schedule the in-person visit for measurements and fittings, so you avoid unnecessary trips.

How customisable is a bespoke garment?

Completely. You decide every element of the garment.
Fabrics: A choice of leading international mills and a range of compositions, from hard-wearing blends to 100% wool, silk, cashmere or exclusive blends.
Lining: Qualities such as cupro, silk or cotton, in a range of textures, patterns and colours, from classic tones to statement contrasts.
Sartorial details: Buttons (horn, bone, metal or covered), lapel style and width, vents, thread colour, buttonholes and personal monograms.
